  • Dr.
    Thomas M. Ostrowski,
Dr. Tom graduated from Palmer School of Chiropractic in 1992. He continued his education with an internship in Florida, where he was exposed to chiropractic at its finest. The chiropractors that he worked with in Florida specialized in sports injury and sports therapy. While working with the chiropractors in Florida, he realized that health is an attitude and lifestyle. You get out of it what you put into it and you become part of it. This has shaped Dr. Tom’s philosophy in helping his patients. Dr. Tom has continued his studies in nutrition, kinesiology, Cox technique, and Decompression therapy. He also works in the treatment of fibromyalgia, TMJ, and plantar fascitis.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I have been suffering from hip and low back pain for the past 20 years. Over the last 3 years it has been quite severe. I have been seen by several specialists which includes surgeons and pain management injection specialist, none of which have offered any relief. I have been treating with Gull Lake Chiropractic over the last six months. I can honestly say I have returned my old self again. I am able to do my own yard work, cut wood, and my garden has never looked better. I am so grateful for the help I have received. I will continue to maintain my health through chiropractic care because now I understand the importance of balancing the muscular and neurologic system."
    ~ Jim Steve
  • "The spinal decompression therapy that I have received on a weekly basis has helped relieve the pain in my back so that I can enjoy my activities that I want to pursue. I highly recommend this kind of treatment."
    ~ Phyllis Kalkowski
  • "I've had headaches for about a year and a half. I've been to my Family Dr. for many months. He referred me to a specialist. All the different meds did not work. I lost my normal life. I Started to see Dr. Tom about 3 months ago. I am losing my headaches more and more.He is working on my cervical issues so well. Getting them better. I am so glad Spring is right around the corner. I am grateful i can work on my gardens, get my veggie garden back and get a normal life back.

Thank you, Dr.Tom & your Staff"
